1.Raw material selection: long-staple cotton is selected as raw material, and the varieties usually selected are American Pima cotton, Australian cotton and other varieties. The cotton fabric produced by these cottons has high quality stability, the fabric feels soft and comfortable to wear
2.Pioneer yarn production: pack the selected cotton and send it to the spinning mill for processing. After technological operation, a high-quality pioneer yarn is obtained, which plays an important role in subsequent processing.
3.Satin weaving: circular knitting machine or fruit machine is used for weaving, so that the cotton yarn becomes satin cloth after cutting.
4.Roller dyeing: Send the satin cloth to the dyeing factory for mass dyeing. Non-ionic dyes are used here to ensure the color rendering and fastness of the dyes, while reducing environmental pollution
5.Drying: The dyed fabric is washed and dried in water to obtain the desired quality.
6.Finishing: Send the finished fabrics to the finishing workshop for ironing and finishing to ensure the quality of the fabrics.
7.Packing: Carry out final packaging processes such as rolling and bagging the sorted satin cloth, and sell it on the market after leaving the factory.
