① Ask the factory can do what category?

② What is the general process of cooperation?

The cooperation process is roughly as follows:
In the case of no sample clothes only drawings: send style pictures – factory looking for fabric – customer selected fabric – printing sample – customer’s correct version – sample suitable payment order.
In the case of sample clothes: find fabric – plate sample – customer version – sample suitable payment order.
③ What is the general MOQ?
This is a question that definitely needs to be asked. For most factories, one piece of cloth is also a small order, if you want to do dozens of small orders, you must ask the factory the minimum order quantity before making samples! A customer shared with me that after finishing the sample with the previous factory to make sure that the goods would be made, he said that the small order should be made from 100 pieces, and a cloth should be made like this. But it has been pre-sold, forced to place an order, the result is that the number of pieces is too much pressure on some goods.
④ Plate proofing, how to charge the plate fee?
The printing fee includes the cost of cutting the plate cloth, the cost of printing the plate and the cost of the car version. It is also the cost of proofing in the early stage, because it takes time to produce. And it takes a lot of time to make a copy. Prices vary from factory to factory.
⑤ Does the factory provide color cards?
Under the premise of contract work and materials, the factory will be responsible for the fabric for the customer. In my experience, the first cooperative factory can express the material clearly with the manufacturer when it has a clear desire. Otherwise send the sample of the material you want, etc., when there is no clear target fabric, you can send pictures or ask the manufacturer for reference, such as gram weight, count, grain, wool, wool, cotton content and so on.
⑥ How should we cooperate in other places?
In fact, now remote cooperation is a very common thing! Most of our small clients now work online. As long as you understand the basic situation of the factory, the categories you can do. Direct payment to do sample clothes to see the quality, is a more intuitive thing! So don’t worry about “must go to the factory to see the goods”, but you want to come to the factory, is also welcome at any time!
7. How many working days does it take to ship an order?
This still depends on the difficulty of the style and the delivery time of the factory’s order, but will give a rough date, for example, our factory proofing is 7-10 working days, and the period of bulk goods is about 15-20 working days. In particular, we should communicate with the factory to reach an agreement.
